Master Bedroom Makeover || Part 2: Lorena Canal

With a new baby on the way, I decided to update our Master Bedroom (instead of doing a nursery). You can see from my first post – Master Bedroom Makeover || Part 1: Beddy’s, the first thing we did was update our bedding. As I was updating the bedroom, I started to think about all of the other renovations that I would like to do on the house. I mentioned this to a friend of mine, who then recommended I looked into a company like c&m builders, but only if I was serious about doing this. Come to think of it, I have been thinking about this for a while. Maybe I’ll give you guys an update of what I decide soon? When it comes to the bedroom makeover, I am so happy with how it turned out. I’m still considering about whether I should add anything else, like these crystal floor lamps, as lets be honest, they could look like sheer perfection in our room. But for now, I’m really pleased with how the room is looking. I have to admit I was inspired by friends of mine who purchased a home Inn Charlotte recently which was a lovely new construction. You can check out similar homes online. I fell in love with the entire home but the bedrooms really had me awestruck.
One thing I learned with my first child, you never know where a child will prefer to sleep. My first boy is still co-sleeping most of the time, and his nursery was never really needed. This time around I planned on making our bedroom baby/toddler friendly, and make adjustments as we get to know him.
I still have a crib and a room with nursery potential, but I’m waiting to see on whether or not it’s worth setting up. For now, he is in our room in his Rock’n’play, or in the Dockatot.
Lorena Canal has helped me create a space I love, and for my babies to safely play.
These products make my life as a mom so much easier! They’re not only great for co-sleeping families, but great for children general!
