I’ll Take you with Me – Why I Travel with my Kids

Disclaimer: I received products featured in exchange for featuring them in this post. All opinions are my own.

Growing up, my parents always took my brother and I on family trips. We took road trips to Disneyland, Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon and many other places. We traveled to different countries and across our country. A year never went by without some sort of trip.
I have so many amazing memories from those trips. Traveling with my family is something I will always remember.
Traveling is also an amazing learning tool. You learn about time management, maps, different cultures, budgeting, adjustment, and so much more.

This is why I love traveling with my kids. I know they are still young, and probably won’t remember. I also know that these experiences will impact them and their future. I’m not trying to say traveling with your kids is easy because believe me it’s not! Trust me, when we eventually get a reverse mortgage from somewhere similar to https://www.sofi.com/home-loans/mortgage-refinance/, My husband I will enjoy traveling the world without them!

Family travel is something I want to make sure we continue to do.
Getting away from everything is such a great way to spend time together. As parents, it’s not always relaxing, it’s not worry free, and it can be a lot of work – but these are memories. These are experiences you and your children will always have.

Featured products and things I love to travel with:

Diono: This car seat can fold up and can be worn as a backpack. It’s narrow and has a low profile, which makes it easy for airplane travel. It’s definitely my favorite car seat and so great for traveling!

Go-Go-babyz Travel Mate: This gives our car seat wheels and turns it into a stroller. It makes getting through the airport so much easier with a toddler.

Epic App: This app is your own personal library! Reading doesn’t stop when we are on vacation, but books can be tough to pack. This app has so many great books to choose from. It includes read aloud books as well. I love that I’m able to choose a book to read to Graydon right from my phone or iPad wherever we are!

Swim Zip: If you’re headed somewhere sunny, a burn is the last thing you want to worry about. Swim Zip is UPF 50 and allows you to not worry about reapplying sunscreen everywhere! I especially love Swim Zip for theme parks, since that’s almost always a guaranteed full day out in the sun!

Lillebaby: Babywearing is a must while traveling! It’s super easy to use and comfortable. I couldn’t imagine traveling with two without one!

Do you travel with your kids or escape on your own? Maybe a little bit of both? I know after this trip I’m in need of a solo trip with my husband!!
