Exploring Palm Springs with Mazda
I’ve partnered with Mazda to share about our adventures in the 2019 Mazda CX-5.
We escaped the rain, the snow and freezing temperatures to head to the desert for a few days. Our number one goal was to relax, but we ended up spending a lot of time taking the 2019 Mazda CX-5 out for adventures.
2019 Mazda CX-5
We arrived to the Palm Springs airport and loaded up the Mazda CX-5 for five days of family fun in the desert.
Since we have a Mazda CX-9 at home, we knew we would love this vehicle. Either of these vehicles would make for a great family SUV; you can view them both on the Autozin website for more information on the models. We installed our three car seats and filled the trunk with our luggage. There was plenty of space for all three kiddos and our luggage!
The 2019 Mazda has some really cool safety features, including the blind spot detection, and backup camera.
“With the available suite of i-ACTIVSENSE® safety features, ingenious technologies can help alert you to potential hazards.”
The interior is luxurious, the Bose sound system is amazing, and as always the Mazda drives so well!
Adventures in the 2019 CX-5
The first day we went to the Palm Springs Living Desert Zoo.
Day two, we drove up to take the Palm Springs Aerial Tram!
Day three, we took the 2019 Mazda CX-5 to Joshua Tree National Park! It was the perfect vehicle for our little road trip!
We try to visit at least one national park on every vacation!
Mazda’s are such great cars and we have loved having our CX-9 this past year. It was perfect getting to drive the all new CX-5 for our trip and check out all of the new features. I also love how safe I feel driving my family in a Mazda.
My favorite new features in the 2019 Mazda’s include the active driving display, which shows your speed and the speed limit on your windshield. This allows you to be aware of your speed and the speed limit without taking your eyes off the road. I found this to be so helpful, especially driving in an unfamiliar place. I also liked how it would show me how I was fitting into a parking space in the backup camera.
