The Best Age for Monster Jam

We’ve been going to Monster Jam for the past few years and the boys have always loved it! The best age for monster jam is really any age! If you love Monster Trucks, your age is the best age for Monster Jam!

Last year Beckett was 19 Months old, and was hesitant at first, but once he saw the trucks he didn’t miss a beat. In my opinion, depending on the child – 18 months would be the youngest age I would take a child for their entertainment.

Graydon has gone as a 3 year old, a 4 year old and this year her will be 5. Each year he has had an absolute blast. You can read more about our past experiences here.

I don’t think there is really a cap on when to stop going either. If you like Monster Trucks, Monster Jam is the place to be!!

Babies at Monster Jam

If you have little ones and babies, you can still go! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BABY HEADPHONES. It is extremely loud and you will want them to fit perfectly. Banz are my go to for little ones.

Who shouldn’t go to Monster Jam

If your little one is very sensitive to loud noises or has a lot of sensory issues, Monster Jam may not be the best place for him/her. There is a lot going on, and it’s very loud.- even with headphones you will notice the vibrations/ and volume. Luckily there are plenty of YouTube videos and Monster Jam monster trucks for everyone to enjoy!

What to Bring…

Bring Snacks, headphones, possibly a monster truck, headphones, water and headphones…. and did I mention headphones?? Do not forget the headphones because Monster Jam is LOUD!
